Legalese: The lower of an FN style rifle plays no part in the registration of the rifle and it is not a controlled item. It requires no reg cert and as of this writing it does not require a PAL. Info from the FRT. There is one exception to the above. If the lower was removed from a 12.3 rifle then you have violated the Firearms Act.

This is truly a very nice lower. It has a synthetic pistol grip with a fully functioning pistol grip trap. The butt is made of wood and has the flip up style metal piece that goes over the shooters shoulder. There are a couple of minor blemishes on the right side of the receiver. The receiver is mechanically complete.
