Wanted: 🔴 Screw 🔴 that hold the flash deflector for my 22 LR Squires Bingham 20P

As the title say, I need one screw. the photo makes it clear which part I mean. I'm looking for the small screw that secures the black shell/flash deflector to the receiver.

Infos from IA: It is very likely a metric thread, since Squires Bingham/Armscor firearms were manufactured in the Philippines, where metric fasteners are commonly used.
