Wanted: 20 G Barrel /magazine clamp

Looking for a 20 gauge clamp that marries then tube extension to barrel with a picatinny on one side and a sling swivel on the other would be ideal. 

Maybe i can modify  if it only has a picatinny or only swivel. Let me no what you've got
