Original First World War German military collector set consisting of an Imperial German Hebel-pattern signal/ Flare gun and a period German Ersatz Mauser-style bayonet with steel scabbard.
The signal pistol carries period military markings, including the JGA marking and serial number 27210, The bore and overall condition are shown clearly in the photographs.
The accompanying Ersatz bayonet features a long fullered blade, steel grip, guard and original-style steel scabbard. It displays honest age and service wear consistent with its WWI military origin.
Both pieces present very well together as a WWI German military display set.
Protective storage sleeves and padded carrying case are also included.
