This is an antique status Belgian made .442 5 shot 2 1/4 inch barrel revolver. The grips are ivory and the gun is nickel plated and has significant engravings, with over 90 percent of original plating remaining it is a beautiful gun. Amazing for an antique! New production ivory grips are no longer imported. Just the grips alone Are Worth quite a bit.
The action is smooth. Single and double action work perfectly, half cock works so you can load easily. Has a very nice double action trigger and a very light pull in single. No loose parts, tight gun, no rattle when shaken.
Chambers and barrel in good condition, rifling prominent. This revolver has recessed chambers, thought to be safer than non.
