Glock 17 Gen 4 for sale to valid RPAL holders via no expiration rental function on the RCMP site.
Includes all stock components and three Glock mags, and safariland retention holster. I put 300 rounds through it, everything works as it should.
The "sale" agreement is attached which would be used is in the included pictures. Basically its a transfer to the max extent that is currently legally possible.
