NO PAL needed. An excellent condition 1873 French revolver - very rare to find. Cylinder is trimmed to take 455 Webley or 45 ACP handloads. All parts are matching. The bore is shiny with strong rifling. Great shooter with extremely tight locking. Only shows minor corrosion on the gun. Locking is VERY tight and timing is perfect.
