44cal. British bulldog

Antique status british bulldog 44cal. In good condition had a local gunsmith look at it, he figured the framed was blued, and then powder coated. The cylinder is blued only. It indexs very nicely and centers perfectly in both single and double action. It has the typical wobble in lock up that most of my other bulldogs have, but has not affected its firing capability, my gunsmith said lock up can be made perfect again with a simple peaning of the indexing hand. I have fired it numerous times without issue with black powder and cut down .44mag and .44 russian, but take no liability in the buyers choice to fire it, that's your personal choice, always consult a qualified gunsmith first.

It has some small engravings on the sides, and some very minor pitting. With a replacement center pin. Grips are in very nice shape. Ive had numerous compliments on this guns appearance, but am selling because i have so many bulldogs in my collection that its time to let some go. 

My gunsmith says it was one of the better belgian made copies with the rarer rebounding safety hammer.  Still has rifling in the barrel with minor pitting at the muzzle. It has the ELG stamping on the cylinder. classified antique, requiring no-pal to purchase or possess, but must confirm age.
