This is a superb Deane Adams revolver from the mid-1850s. Unusually, this cased revolver contains the original accoutrements, which are often missing. The original owner's initials are engraved on the case's brass name plate. Additionally, the case is stamped with the British "crows-foot," indicating this firearm was once military property.

The pistol has a lot of original bluing and functions correctly although there is some wiggle in the cylinder. The case is original to the revolver and carries the maker's paper label. All the pieces in the case including the flask, screwdrivers and other tools are all of high quality and English made.

This is an antique firearm and can be purchased by adult collectors in Canada.
