Colt Model 1889 Navy Revolver. Early 4 digit serial number 1890 production example with the unique side barrel applied address seen on early examples. 4.5" barrel, 6 shot, chambered in 41 Long Colt. These Colt 1889/1892's are one of the most modern looking antique classed revolvers available as they have a timeless style and utilize a swing out cylinder for quick loading/unloading. The action on this example functions well in single and double action. Timing is good, lockup has about 3mm of movement and could benefit from an adjustment etc. Bore and cylinder walls rate good for the vintage with common wear. The ejector works well as it should. Original grips, right panel has a piece missing at bottom. If you need brass, lead or dies please inquire. Antique status in Canada, no PAL required to purchase or own.
