Webley MP Metropolitan Police Revolver, 2.5" barrel, 6 shot. This revolver accepts 455 Webley and appropriate length 45ACP handloads. These MP'S were very compact big bore revolvers and popular among British police forces from England to Australia. Frame bears the iconic handcuffed hands Webley MP motif. The action on this revolver functions excellent in single and double action. Half and full cock work well. Timing and lockup are very good. Bore and cylinder walls rate good with some common wear. Original one piece grip is in good shape, shows handling marks lanyard ring is intact. If you need brass, lead or dies please inquire. Antique status in Canada, no PAL required to purchase or own.
