This rifle is DP (Drill Purpose) — non-firing. Stamped “DP” on the barrel with a drilled hole through the chamber area, rendering it incapable of chambering or firing live ammunition. Still classified and regulated as a firearm in Canada — valid PAL and standard transfer required.
