Still covered in factory grease which hides the beauty of the blueing and the case coloured parts. Photos do not do this gun justice. It’s gorgeous.
High grade lever-action Model 1886 rifle chambered for the powerful 45-70. Color case hardened receiver, lever, forearm cap and crescent buttplate. 24" blued octagon barrel. High Grade III/IV satin finish checkered walnut curved grip stock and forearm. Marble Arms front sight and adjustable rear sight. Receiver is tapped for an optional peep sight. A work of art.
