Bolt action, single shot match grade .22 LR Anschutz target rifle.
Made in West Germany so it's a pre 1990 rifle.
Sold wood, right handed stock.

The bottom of the fore-end of this Anschütz .22LR target rifle has an accessory rail called an Anschütz rail or UIT rail.
These are standard on many European target rifles.
The rail allows to attach a handstops or palm rest that helps with sling shooting in prone or kneeling position
Competition shooters mount bipods, rests, or front supports on this rail.
The slots let you slide the accessory back and forth to fit your arm length and shooting position.
The system is referred to as the UIT (Union Internationale de Tir) rail or Anschütz rail, and it became the standard for ISSF smallbore competition rifles.
