BSA No.4 Mk1/2 1943 Lee-Enfield

Howdy Gunpost. I have a nice ol' Enfield here for you today.

This is a 1943 produced by BSA No.4 Mk1 converted into a No.4 Mk1/2 post-War.

Overall the rifle is in very good mechanical condition cycles nicely, trigger pull is nice, the bore is very good four groove rifling. What's not to like? 

The overall condition of the wood is very good. There's a few small dents and dings that come with age but nothing really all that bad. 

I've seen many of these rifles painted black. I think that may have been a factory choice. And this one is no exception and it appears someone has sanded off where all the markings are the blueing and paint. The markings are still visible and legible to the naked eye, it comes through a little bit faint on camera though.
