Enfield SMLE Mk III Sporter – Shoots Straight, Built Tough, Dirt Cheap

Not a safe queen, not pretending to be. This is an old SMLE Mk III that’s been sporterized and seen some life — but it still does the job.

• No matching numbers. Don’t pretend to care.
• Some rust on the barrel exterior – cosmetic, not cancer.
• Drilled for a scope mount – ready for glass.
• Bore’s in great shape – bright and accurate.
• Action cycles well. Trigger’s decent.
• Would make a great bush gun, cabin beater, or truck rifle.

If you want pretty, look elsewhere. If you want rugged, reliable, and ridiculously cheap, this’ll do nicely.
