I have a .308 and a .223. Identical set ups. No ding on the .223.
maybe 40 rounds through it each, just don’t use them. Added the skinner aperture rear sight, taller front sight to accommodate it and a hammer extension. Used a skinner filler blank on the old rear sight location. Henry scope base and original sights included as well.
Small ding on the .308 stock as shown in the pic but otherwise perfect shape. Fun good looking plinkers. Wanting to put it towards a new project.
