About 30 rounds through it, cold barrel break in and test. Prefers Norma Bond Strike 180g/Hornady Precision Hunter 178g. Recoil is very manageable due to the factory brake and laminated stock.
A pic rail is mounted on top of the receiver, will not come with the scope. Rifle is flawless, minus a couple bipod kisses on the underside of the foregrip.
This rifle is absolutely gorgeous, I bought it with the intention of having an heirloom quality rifle for my kids, but it doesn’t meet my needs for a spot and stalk rifle. Would be good for a bench rest/blind shooter.
I want to trade for a 7mm Rem Mag, similarly higher end with a synthetic stock, something I won’t be pissed off/guilty about dragging up a mountain. I would prefer a trade local to Alberta, and can include a couple boxes of factory ammo if that’s the case. I will straight up sell for the right offer.
