Marlin 99, M1 tube fed

This model Marlin M1 is rare, tube fed, modelled after the US military 9 mm M1 but in 22 lr.  holds 8 rounds, condition is very good, wood has been nicely refinished, original blueing on barrel is very good, one small chip on the left rear of the wooden fore piece,  steel adjustable rear sight, stock butt pad is very good, has Marlin eagle eye, bore is bright, no rust anywhere.
