Bought this Enfield not asking enough questions and now I'm learning the hard way. Took it to the range, fire 28 rounds, gun run perfectly, zero issue. I reload so I saved my empty casings but when they came out of the tumbler I realized the headspace on the gun is not perfect (like a lot of these guns). If you don't reload and always buy new ammo, personnaly I would not be bothered, it's not a safety issue, but I strongly advise against reloading the brass coming out of this gun as they are weakened and likely to separate at the base eventually. I'm selling it because I already reload over 10 calibers, shared between my gun collection and I don't want to add a new caliber to my list, Im sure you guys with mulltiple reloading kits understand. The gun is really nice overall, with matching bolt, barrel and receiver, wood has an even color and finish and like I said, functions as it should. The top rear cover has a notch in the wood as seen on the picture. Shell deformation also shown on pictures.
Since I know this issue could bother some more than others, I am openned to non insulting offers :P I'm still selling with everything included on the pictures and 5 stripper clips I recently found. For the ammo I'd prefer a face to face od course. Shipping on buyer or as I said we could meet face to face in Montreal, and possibly Quebec city and Ottawa region. No trades, or substitutions.
Have a good one!
