(SOLD PENDING FUNDS) Beautiful rifle from the BSA premium line of rifles in the post war era with the Mauser claw extractor controlled round feed (CRF) system. It was one of the first sporting centerfires that BSA made. These were hand-built to a high standard before the cost cutting measures were implemented and affected later models such as the BSA Majestic, Monarch, and CF2. The rifle is 70 years old and remains in great condition and shoots well. It has a crisp 3lb 6oz trigger, smooth action, and a shiny bore with strong rifling. There is a score mark in the wood around the buttstock area near the buttpad from the previous owner. It has precise iron sights with 3 flip up settings for different distances.
