MRA Renegade Gen II Package .223 Rem / 5.56mm NATO and .300 AAC Blackout

The MRA Renegade is a well-regarded spring assisted straight pull (bolt action) rifle made in Ontario. It uses STANAG pattern (AR-15 / LAR-15) or 20 round MRX magazines and is classified as non-restricted. This package consists of two Gen 2 upper receivers, one Gen 2 lower receiver, one West Valley Systems 3D printed lower receiver and some extras. Both lowers can be used interchangeably with both uppers so this package essentially will give you two functional rifles.

MRA Gen II Upper #1: 18.5". 223 Remington / 5.56 mm NATO barrel a 1:8 twist and an A2-style muzzle brake. The FSB gas port is blocked with a rivet and it is attached to the barrel with a set screw and loktite. The sling swivel and roll pin have been removed and will be included with the rifle. Furniture is a Magpul MOE mid-length handguard and Magpul MOE fixed buttstock. Included with it is a TNA Coronus M-Lok handguard, a barrel nut and a gas block (not shown) if you prefer that sort of set-up.

MRA Gen II Upper #2: 10.5". 300 AAC Blackout barrel with a 1:7 5R twist with a Surefire Warcomp Sport compensator. The gas port is blocked with a reversed gas block. Furniture is a TNA Coronus M-Lok handguard and Magpul MOE fixed buttstock.

MRA Gen II Lower: Generic lower parts kit with a Triggertech Diamond single stage 1.5-4 lb drop-in trigger and Ergo beavertail rubber pistol grip. This lower will accept both STANAG pattern and MRX magazines. 

West Valley Systems Lower: Troy lower parts kit and an Ergo beavertail rubber pistol grip. Includes 3 front and 3 rear spare takedown pins. Note that these do not have a bolt hold open like the MRA Gen II lowers. The bolt will hold open on an empty magazine but will drop when the magazine is removed. This lower only accepts STANAG pattern magazines. 

Included Extras: Two OMC 5 round polymer magazines that connect end to end, one MRX 20 round magazine, one set of M-BUS-style folding sights, and a bunch of spare AR springs, pins and parts is included. If you prefer telescopic buttstocks instead of the fixed ones shown, I have a couple to choose from. Ask for details.

Everything is basically new. The .223 barrel has less than 10 rounds through it, the .300 Blackout has less than 50. Everything works as it should, just have my eye on something else and no more room in the safe.
