Up for sale is an unissued, museum-grade Brazilian Modelo 1935 Mauser rifle, manufactured in Germany by Mauser-Werke A.G. Oberndorf a/N prior to World War II.
Widely regarded by military arms historians as the absolute pinnacle of pre-war Mauser commercial craftsmanship, the M1935 contract rifles feature high-gloss commercial bluing, hand-fitted actions, and intricate receiver crest engravings. Finding a completely unissued example in this state of preservation is an exceptional rarity for South American contract collectors.

Bore Condition: Pristine, mirror-bright, unissued bore with perfect lands and grooves.
Bayonet Included: Includes a correct, high-condition M1935 long pattern contract bayonet and steel scabbard (non-matching serial to the rifle).
Note: Cleaning rod is absent (standard Mauser pattern, easily sourced).
