This Mosin has a lengthy and interesting history having been used by the Russians and Germans in WW1 and later the Finns in the Winter War. Made in Sestrorysk in 1914 and retains a German capture mark on the right side of its stock (Deutsches Reich) and rack number on the left. Has Finnish property mark on left side of the barrel and has upgraded sights to metric
The rifle is in fair condition but has been used over the years. Numerous dings and dents in the stock. Has an uncommon wooden plug for the recoil lug. Rifling is in good shape. Trigger is as expected for its age but isn’t terrible. This is a non matching rifle
