For sale is a new ruger model 31197. This rifle came from factory with 16.5” heavy barrel, hogue stock and open sights. I cant find the original ruger box but can ship in a different box with protection. Please note I dont have the new ruger 10 round mag (bx1). I have a used one from another rifle I will include
