REM 700, 22-250, black oxide finish action, DM, SPS stock poorly Glassbedded, REM 26" CM steel bbl, maybe #3 contour with what looks like a poor cold blue finish, 1-14 twist( measured it), rifling very good, throat wear is nil, (borescoped with "Hawkeye"), will ream and set back to chamber of your choice for $300 if bought. Took in on trade and have not test fired yet.
