Beautiful matching bolt and reciever Jungle Carbine Mk 1 No.V wartime production in very good condition.
The price reflects the extras included in the purchase: C broad arrow marked 1943 action cover (for an additional $50 i can substitute for an unissued 1944 with C broad arrow), and unissued 1942 C broad arrow sling, and high quality reproduction bayonet and scabbard.
A new flash arrestor has been installed and front sight is included but I have left it up to the new owner to sight in and adjust.
I removed the varnish that was on the stock carefully with steel wool and applied boiled linseed oil to bring back its original character.
The rifling is shiny and strong.
