A very nice BSA .303 Sporter based on the Enfield Pattern 1914. (this is not the earlier Lee Enfield SMLE) 25” barrel, 44-1/4” o/a. The original P14 Enfields proved to be formidable sniper rifles later on during WW2
Nicely checkered pistol grip stock and forend, white lined grip cap and butt plate, BSA adjustable rear sight and hooded ramp front plus receiver drilled for scope bases. Small crack in stock was epoxied years ago and still holds. Floor Plate magazine holds 5 British .303 rounds. Excellent condition overall.
