PRICE DROP TO $750. It needs a new home.
This rifle came to me via an estate sale. I don’t have much information on it as there are no barrel markings or other identifying marks.
The barrel had an unusual hex shape from the receiver to the end of forestock where it transitions to round. There is a flat rib for the entire 23 inch barrel length.
The wood is nicely figured and has a shallow scratch on each side of the stock ahead of the trigger guard. There’s a small crack in the stock topside of the pistol grip at the bolt slot, it doesn’t appear to have moved at all. Otherwise the wood is in good shape.
The rifle carries iron sights, a front bead and an express type rear with one folding leaf for longer shots. Scope is a Tasco 3-9x40
I fired the rifle a few times with factory ammo to check function - it fires and ejects as expected . The trigger is a Jaeger which I understand is a very good German made unit.
I considered keeping this rifle but I have too many already.
Verifiable PAL is required and shipping is extra. Etransfer is preferred payment method .
