Lee Enfield EAL factory sporter

I am reluctantly clearing out a few items in order to make a larger purchase.

Up for sale is a decent condition EAL rifle. These hold the distinction of being the only factory sporter Lee Enfield produced. Made from CAI and Long Branch parts by the company that bought all remaining stock as CAI closed their doors. These are an excellent lightweight Lee Enfield. This one has been used in the field and shows signs of minor pitting in a couple areas as shown. It has the shortened magazine they marketed towards hunters. There was a stock repair done which is slightly noticeable but solid. Unfortunately it looks like the stock was not removed during the repair and some marks were left on the barrel. The butt pad is hard as expected of rubber form the late 50s/60s. Overall it is an excellent example of these rifles and functions flawlessly. If you have any questions please ask.
