Offering a unique Winchester 1892 in .44-.40. Year of manufacture is 1902. This rifle has China Navigation Company stamped on the buttstock. This rifle was ordered by the China Navigation Company and issued to one of its boats to protect the cargo from bandits. There are only 8 other known rifles know to exist from this shipment. A pretty unique piece of history!
Bore is in excellent condition and it’s an accurate shooter. There are no cracks in the wood.
