Polish K98 Karabiner in excellent condition. Receiver, Barrel, Stock, Bolt, But plate, and mag plate all have matching serial numbers. (Proof of PAL required)
In 1927, the Radom State Arms Factory (PFB) began producing the K98 carbine. The Polish-produced K98 was named Karabinek. wzor 1898 , or Kbk wz.98 for short, meaning "Type 98 Carbine."
The rifles produced for the Polish army was engraved with the Polish eagle emblem and the inscription of the arsenal on top of the receiver. The rifles that were made for export to other countries like this one, had no inscription on top of the receiver. The only inscription is on the left side of the receiver as "K98".
