Up for sale is a 1953 FTR Lee-Enfield No.1 Mk III, a classic piece of military history in exceptionally well-preserved condition.
This rifle went through Factory Thorough Repair (FTR) in 1953, and the overall condition reflects the high standard of the refurbishment.

• Wood furniture is in excellent condition, showing only normal handling marks
• Metal finish remains clean
• Bore is outstanding – unlike many surplus Enfields with dark or worn bores, this one remains bright and reflective with strong rifling thanks to the arsenal refurbishment

Overall, this is one of the nicest Lee-Enfield rifles I have personally come across, both mechanically and cosmetically.
