Very rare, 1971 BROWNING FN HIGH - POWER OLYMPIAN GRADE, in the 375 H&H calibre. About 30 were made in this calibre. The engraver is “A.H.” (A. Marechal).
The rifle has corrosion damage from the original luggage at the engraved dual recoil lugs. The factory will replace these for about $1000 USA. Not visible is corrosion pitting at the recoil lug (the factory failed to remove all the braze flux). Also some pitting at the pillar of base plate. The bore appears perfect.
The factory mounted Browning scope is clear. Factory papers present. Write for photos. If mint, I would price at $25,000. As it is, I have greatly reduced the price. I avoid bargaining. If it doesn’t sell, the price might go down.
These rifles were given to diplomats, royalty, etc. Here is your chance to own one.
