Ruger Precision rifle in 6.5 creedmoor gen 3 Enahnced edition Never shot with extras

Bought brand new from Tenda, had aspirations for long range shooting but those never materialised. As the title says, in 10/10 condition, just sat in the safe for 2 years.

Comes with everything that originally came with the rifle, as well as 4 boxes of match ammo (79 rounds, kept one as a memento) and an extra mag from irunguns.

Prefer local trade as the rifle is very large and bulky. Located in Richmond Hill Ontario. This is my dad's safe queen and he wants to make room.

PS: I scoured online, the cheapest these sell for is 2699+ tax. That's 3051 dollars for the rifle taxes in, another 200 dollars for ammo and another 50 for the magazine (at least). That's 3301 in total, vs 2500 that I am asking (800 dollars in savings). You decide if getting the 4th gen is worth the extra 800 dollars.

PPS: There was one of these for sale for 2485 earlier at firearms outlet but it looks like it was sold. Their price now is 2800.
