Here we have a genuine U.S. Model of 1917 rifle manufactured by Remington Arms (Ilion factory), chambered in .30-06 Springfield. The M1917 Enfield was America’s most widely issued rifle during WWI, with Remington production totaling about 545,000 rifles. Compared to the more common Eddystone rifles, Remingtons are scarcer and more desirable among collectors.

Note:

1.Barrel shows a surface mark on the side near the muzzle, does not affect rifling or bore condition.

2.During our testing, we found that the ejector does not complete the final step of ejecting the spent case. All other functions — feeding, firing, and extraction — operate normally. This does not affect the ability to load, fire, or extract, but cases are not currently being fully ejected clear of the action.
