Offered here is a classic Winchester Model 1894 lever-action rifle chambered in .32-40, one of the traditional black-powder era cartridges associated with early American sporting rifles.

This rifle features the desirable octagon barrel configuration and retains the classic lines that made the Model 1894 one of the most iconic lever-action rifles ever produced. The barrel markings indicate Winchester Repeating Arms Co., New Haven, Conn., U.S.A., along with the traditional August 21, 1894 patent date marking.

The rifle appears mechanically functional, with the lever, bolt, and internal action cycling properly. The bore shows visible rifling. However, the rear sight is missing, and the firearm has not been test fired.
