Receiver serial number 3621***  falls within the 1943 Smith Corona production range.

The rifle is fitted with a Remington military barrel marked RA 7 44 indicating July 1944 production.

A clear P firing proof mark is visible behind the front sight base confirming the barrel passed military proof testing after installation.

The bore is extremely bright with strong well defined rifling and appears to be in excellent condition.

Bolt Assembly

The rifle is equipped with a Remington military bolt assembly with visible R and BR markings.

Bolt operation is smooth and positive with solid lockup.
