Anschutz Fortner 1727F

REDUCED  This is the ultimate most versatile competition 22 LR ever made. The 1727F is a very hard rifle to find. When i wanted to compete once again, I had to buy this rifle as barreled action and import a stock, bottom metal, ad mags. Then assemble it as there were no new or used Fortner available in Canada or the USA at the time. The rifle in parts cost over $7000.00 without tax and shipping everything.  This is not a re-barrel situation, the barrel and action were purchased as one unit from the factory.  The barrel is 18 " long an 0.830 " at the muzzle brake . This rifle is unique because it qualifies for 2 different competitive classes. Being only 8.5 pounds  as advertised, it qualifies for "hunter class",  as well meets the requirement for "bench class" competition. This is an advantage if you know what I'm talking about. Health reasons changed my direction . This gun has fired no more than 200 rounds of factory match ammo ,and for those who don't know this, the Fortner design enables the shooter NOT to have to move your head when chambering another round, for a much faster re-focus re-alignment time on your target. 

It comes with 4 - 10 shot mags and 4 - 5 shot mags. Most of the mags are unused. . The trigger is currently set for 14oz. The scope and rings and bipod are no longer on the rifle and have been sold.
