2 Mauser–Vergueiro Rifles, 2 Bayonets

Asking $2100 cash for everything. GTA local sale only. You will have to pick these up from the west side of Mississauga, at a convenient, private location I have. I may consider lower offers, you never know. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have questions. I'd prefer to sell both rifles at once but will be flexible.

I've been thinking about getting some kind of "riot" style, 12 gauge pump shotgun so we could possibly include a swap to knock the cash amount down some if you take both rifles at once.

Two Mauser-Vergueiro rifles and two bayonets. One is the unconverted, much more rare 6.5×58mm original; with the colonial DMGLM stamp on the buttstock. No visible matching numbers that I can see. The other is the shorter, 1939 conversion to 7.92×57mm Mauser with matching numbers on stock, receiver, bolt handle and lower receiver. The bayonets are non-matching. Conditions are as seen in photos. Manufactured by Deutsche Waffen und Munitionsfabriken Berlin. There is also a handful of 7.92×57mm cartridges that can go with, from the Portuguese state factory.

The rifling in the 8mm Vergueiro is a slightly worn but ok. The 6.5mm one is ok except for pitting right at the chamber where a land is worn near down to the groove at one spot. I have astigmatism which means light down the barrel just looks like a blinding cross of light, but I found one dim enough lightbulb here that I can use to see.
