Selling a Type 56 that has been modified.
It started out as a later export type 56 with the "Made in China" words on the receiver. The magazine does not match the rest of the serial numbers.
Stock has been cut to accomodate a scope mount. Its welded onto the receiver, blocking out the Made in China words. Its also got a Rubberized Extended Charging Handle
In addition, it has a Ncstar gas tube rail. None of the modifications block the iron sight, so both red dot and iron sight can be used.
Note that the Ncstar gas tube is after market and causes malfunctions around 5-10% of the time. These are mostly stove pipes. Problem is probably the after market gas tube not having a great seal with the piston. Original wood handguard and gas tube are also included for 100% reliability.
I've shot 135 rounds through the rifle. Always cleaned right afterwards.
