Will ship if necessary. If local, you will have to pick this up from the west side of Mississauga. Missing aperture disk for the target sights. Also open to a wide variety trades, see below. If you like the idea of having this; I welcome any questions, suggestions, insults, alternative offers, problems to solve, issues, whatever. I'm not changing asking price on ad, you can speak up.

With a Redfield 75 target receiver sight that is missing the aperture disk. From my research it uses a 7/32-40 thread and you can use readily available Lyman/Williams apertures as a replacement. Original was about 0.040 aperture hole and 1 inch disk outer diameter. The front looks like a Redfield Olympic Front Globe Sight. Includes one 5 round magazine and a single-shot magazine block. The forward sling swivel is also missing, probably removed for shooting from a rest. It looks tapped for a two-piece mounting system, with two screws at the receiver ring and two further forward on the barrel. I can't tell if that is factory or later. I read these models had barrels hand lapped at the factory. Serial number indicates 1950-1951 year of manufacture

The finish on the rifle has some spotted wear both sides of buttstock. A blemish on the very thick barrel where the manufacture information is stamped. I haven't fired it personally. Previous owner said it was a tack driver.

Not very interested in target sights, over-under shotguns, tactical lever-actions or fancy competition guns. Might take some milsurp. Everything else is a solid possibility. Especially interested in handy, 12 gauge pump-action shotguns. Trade value could be closer to $700ish depending on items.
