Selling my Hiawatha 22LR (Cooey Model 39). It’s in pretty good shape for its age and has some really neat Canadian history behind it. The Hiawatha name was used on Cooey-made guns, which were produced here in Canada and became pretty well known for being simple, reliable and built to last.
I’ve fired it recently and everything works as it should. It could definitely use a good cleaning—I just haven’t had the time to give it one since I bought it.
Nice old piece for someone who appreciates vintage Canadian stuff.
