NO TRADES PRICE IS $250 EACH FIRM. 2 Winchester model 68 .22 single shot rifles. The model 68 was identical to the model 67, with a factory peep sight mounted rear of the original open style rear sight position. These are surprisingly accurate rifles. Both have 27 inch barrels with excellent bores. Both fire and extract A1. Both have the factory Winchester peep sight marked .”Pat. Pending”.
Rifle A has a damaged buttplate, lighter walnut stock colour, and a few flecks in the bluing, and comes with the front sight hood.
Rifle B has a home made aluminum buttplate, no front sight hood, and the main attachment screw through the stock has been recessed. Bluing coverage is turning to patina.
