Hello all,
Toying with the idea of trading my K98 LSR sniper. Rifle is a BYF 41, non rusian captured. bolt is entirely matching to itself. rifle has mostly non matching parts as far as barrel bands, mag floor plate and triggrr guard are concerned. Bore is in good shape, but shows some wear. The mount appears to an accumount, with patina on it to match the rest of the rifle. The scope is a ligitamite ZielSechs (6x) scope mad by Carl Zeiss. The scope is a 1930's civilian model, which is identical the military version minus the BDC turret. In many instances, the civilian models were put on wehrmacht rifles when there was a shortage of military scopes. Many eagles ans cartouches on the rifle and the stock. All being said, a really neat piece that isnt going to cost you 10K plus for an authentic original. I value it at 3500, and am only intereted in trades at the moment. I would be willing to accept the right trade plus some cash. Photos can be sent to cell phone or email.
Mainly in interested in PU Snipers, MAS 36 rifles, M39's, K98AZ carbines or other k98's. But willing to see what else is out there.
