Second Model Winchester 1876 Octagon Barrel in 45-60

Here is an early second model Winchester 1876 rifle. Manufactured in 1881 according to serial number. Caliber is 45-60. Octagon barrel and full length mag. Blued finish still on barrel while receiver finish is faded. Brass loading block still in good shape. Barrel address marking clear visible. No rust or pitting on metal parts. Some handling marks on wood stock and forend wood has an old chip at the front end. Rear sight is correct folding leaf. I haven’t shot it myself but the action cycles well.
