High Condition Savage Model 1899F Takedown rifle. 303 Savage Caliber. As per Cody Letter, sold to Lewis Brothers Limited and shipped out July 31, 1931.
The gun is near new. All original. No extra holes. No tang cracks, etc. There is not much to say. Only thing is a small piece of wood chipped off at lower buttplate. This is the nicest Savage 1899 I have owned. Beautiful CC on lever, especially on bottom side. You will find every few early 1899s in this high condition. I have fired the rifle, it is extremely accurate.

I also have a half dozen or so boxes of Imperial ammunition. Could work in as a package.
