The rifle alone is being sold. It is a very lightly used Tactical with a 20" barrel and the factory Hogue stock. It will come with the Picatinny rail, but the Mark 4 Leupold and rings will not be included, nor will the ammo and stock cuff shown. The rifle is in excellent shape, but surplus to my needs; no trade is needed at this time. I will include shipping to majors for the total of $1200
