Meet Daisy's attempt to enter the the firearms world. Daisy's attempt wasn't with metallic gun powder cartridges.... Daisy used a Hybrid system using Air Rifle compression of air to set of the powder charge of Caseless ammunition.
The VL 22 was in production for 8 Months between 1968 and 1969 with roughly 24000 being produced. 19000 made with Nylon stocks and 5000 having Walnut stocks.
I won't lie.... when the ammo is gone... THAT'S IT! Yes, the ammo does turn up on auction sites from time to time. I have just over 230 rounds.
