Winchester 1873 in .44 WCF firearm is in decent condition . I sent pictures and info off to Winchester Arms Collectors Association back in 2024. That is where I managed to get the manufacture date.
The gun was made on Nov 12 1890.
That information is housed in the Cody Firearms Museum in Cody WY.
Gun is in decent condition. The stock looks like it had tacks in it on the right side and were filled which may distract for some people . Being a 44 caliber rifle with a 24” barrel, crescent buttplate, octagon barrel, full length magazine and still has its cleaning rod in the buttplate. Makes this firearm quite desirable configuration.
